I work at the intersection of international project management and event production, leading projects from an initial brief and an empty floor plan to a working on-site experience

Over the past 10+ years, my work has moved through media, design and brand communications into large-scale international events for the gaming and technology industries. Today, I lead cross-functional event teams and coordinate venues, contractors, budgets, logistics, spatial planning, AV production and multiple event formats - often across different countries and time zones

My role is rarely about one isolated production area. I am usually the person keeping the whole system connected: understanding how a change in space affects AV, how programme affects guest flow, how a contractor decision affects timing and budget, and what has to happen for all of it to work together on site

How I deliver projects

I work across the full project cycle: clarifying the initial brief, defining scope and priorities, building the delivery team, consolidating budgets and schedules, coordinating spatial, content and technical workstreams, selecting vendors, and leading the project through installation, testing, rehearsals and launch.
