PROJECTS
Selected international event, spatial and brand projects - from large-scale conferences and expo environments to C-level formats, remote production and technically complex event spaces

My role varies from responsibility for individual production areas to leading event teams and coordinating full-cycle project delivery
SELECTED EVENT HISTORY

International Delivery | Event Leadership | Physical Production | AV & Live Production
What was it?

A recurring series of international B2B conferences for the game industry, combining expo, content programmes, networking and special formats across different markets

The scale, venue structure and programme varied from edition to edition - from large exhibition-led conferences to more networking-focused formats built around roundtables and smaller-group interactions

What was my role?

My level of responsibility varied across the series

On some editions, I owned specific production areas within the event team - primarily expo construction, AV and technical production, venue infrastructure, and live broadcast coordination

On recurring projects such as Cyprus and, later, Istanbul, my role expanded to leading the event management team and coordinating the wider event-side delivery

What did I actually manage?

Event teams | Expo & custom builds | Venue coordination | AV & technical production | Live broadcasts & streaming | Wi-Fi & infrastructure | Branding | Partner & networking formats | On-site delivery

What made this project worth showing?

WN Conferences represent the core of my international event production experience

Across several years and markets, I worked with the same broad event system in very different operational environments — sometimes owning complex physical and technical workstreams, and sometimes leading the event team responsible for bringing the whole project together

Selected examples include large-scale expo production in Moscow, fully remote venue and production coordination for Seattle, recurring team leadership across Cyprus, and the evolving Istanbul editions — from expo, AV and live production to overall event-team leadership and an overnight expo relocation in 2026
International & Remote Event Production
CHINA PROJECTS
Shanghai | Shenzhen | Xiamen | 2021–2026

Multiple formats | Multiple cities | Remote & on-site delivery
What was it?

A series of WN projects in China across different formats — from international conferences and industry summits to executive dinners and networking events.
Projects included multiple editions in Shanghai and Shenzhen as well as WN Conference Xiamen.

What was my role?

My involvement covered international project coordination and event production, with several projects produced largely remotely and delivered on site through local coordinators, venues and contractors.
Depending on the project, my role ranged from event management to leading the event team and coordinating delivery across WN teams and local partners.

What did I actually manage?

Remote production | Local vendor coordination | Venue operations | Event teams | AV & technical production | Expo | Guest experience | Cross-cultural communication | On-site coordination

What made this project worth showing?

China became a recurring production environment rather than a one-off destination.
The projects required adapting established event formats to local venues, contractors and operational processes while coordinating much of the production remotely.

The series also included different scales and formats - from industry conferences and expo environments to smaller executive events. WN Conference Xiamen added collaboration with local institutional partners and a large-scale technical setup.
Conference Series | 2024–2026
GAMING INDUSTRY
Moscow | St Petersburg | Minsk

Project Leadership | Multi-Hall Production | AV & Technical Coordination
What was it?

A series of game industry conferences combining lecture programmes, expo, networking and professional community formats across several cities

Across the larger Moscow and St Petersburg editions, the programme operated simultaneously across three technically equipped lecture halls

What was my role?

My involvement developed from leading technical production to broader event project leadership.
For the Moscow and St Petersburg editions in 2024 and 2025, I was responsible for technical production across all three lecture halls

By 2026, my scope expanded further: I led the Minsk project and the Moscow edition, while remaining directly involved in their technical production

What did I actually manage?

Project & event coordination | Multi-hall production | LED screens | Sound & lighting | Recording | AV contractors | Wi-Fi & infrastructure | Expo technical setup | On-site delivery

Across the 2024 and 2025 Moscow and St Petersburg editions, I coordinated technical production for three parallel lecture halls at each event — bringing together AV, LED, sound, lighting, recording and infrastructure.
The series also shows an expansion of responsibility: from ownership of technical production across multiple spaces to leading complete event projects in 2026
PR & Marketing Manager | Event Production
BENJAMIN MOORE COLOR OF THE YEAR
Brand Experience Series | Moscow & St Petersburg |
2019–2020
Projection | Live broadcast | Two cities | Brand experience
What was it?

Annual brand events introducing Benjamin Moore's Color of the Year to professional design and architecture audiences in Moscow and St Petersburg

What was my role?

I coordinated event production as part of my wider PR and marketing role, working across venues, contractors, content, brand communication and the technical setup.
What did I actually manage?

Event production | Venues | Contractors | Projection | Live connection | Content | Guest experience | Brand communication

What made this project worth showing?

The project brought together brand storytelling, physical space and technology.
For the Color of the Year 2020 presentation, the Moscow and St Petersburg events were connected live, while projection was used to transform architectural elements of the Moscow venue.

I also took part in coordinating the live broadcast itself - an early example in my work of content, space and technology functioning as one experience.
International C-Level Event Production
C-LEVEL SUMMITS
Executive Event Series | London | Istanbul | Dubai | 2023–2025
C-level audience | International delivery | High-touch formats | End-to-end coordination
What was it?

A series of invitation-focused events for senior executives and decision-makers in the game industry.
Smaller in scale than WN conferences, these projects were built around a more focused guest experience — combining roundtables and small-group discussions with curated networking, dinners and informal formats

What was my role?

I managed event production across several C-level formats, coordinating venues, contractors, logistics, guest experience and on-site delivery

The level of ownership varied by project. For the London CEO Summit in 2023, I managed most of the event-management scope with very limited event-team support, taking the project from preparation through on-site delivery

What did I actually manage?

Venue & contractors | Event operations | Guest logistics | Roundtables | Networking formats | Dinners | Technical coordination | On-site delivery

What made this project worth showing?

C-level events require a different production approach from large conferences: fewer guests, but greater attention to environment, timing, hospitality and the quality of individual interactions

Across London, Istanbul and Dubai, I worked with this format in different locations and operational contexts. London in particular required a high degree of individual ownership, while the wider series demonstrates experience adapting executive events across international markets
Remote International Production
US PROJECTS
Seattle | San Francisco | 2021–2024
Remote production | US market | Cross-functional delivery
What was it?

A series of US-based WN events, including game industry and GenAI-focused formats in Seattle and San Francisco

What was my role?

A significant part of the production was managed remotely, with no regular event management team on site for some editions

Delivery relied on detailed advance coordination with venues, contractors, local coordinators and colleagues from adjacent departments who represented the team on site

What did I actually manage?

Remote project coordination | Venue & vendor communication | Production planning | AV requirements | Cross-functional teams | Documentation | On-site handover

What made this project worth showing?

These projects demonstrate that physical distance does not have to mean losing control over delivery.
The production system had to be sufficiently clear before the event for venues, vendors, local coordinators and cross-functional colleagues to execute it without the usual event team physically present.
